Description
Croc 2 Kingdom of the Gobbos brings back the classic crocodile hero for a new adventure filled with exploration, platforming, puzzles, vehicles, and colorful Gobbo villages. As the remastered sequel to Croc Legend of the Gobbos, the game keeps the spirit of the original while introducing updated visuals and modern enhancements.
This time, Croc’s adventure begins after he discovers a message revealing that his birth parents are searching for him. He sets out toward the mainland, but his journey quickly becomes connected to the return of Baron Dante, who is determined to take revenge on the crocodile who defeated him before.

Explore the Gobbo World
The mainland gives Croc plenty of places to explore, with four distinct villages offering their own environments and Gobbo cultures. These include the coastal Sailor Village, snowy Cossack Village, prehistoric Caveman Village, and mountain-top Inca Village.
Along the way, players can rescue captured Gobbos and take on different missions while collecting crystals. These crystals can be spent at Swap Meet Pete’s General Store, where useful gadgets are available. His Crystal Ball can also help Croc travel between villages.
Platforming with More Ways to Move
Croc’s familiar moves return, including jumping and tail-spinning, but the remaster also adds a triple jump that gives him extra height during platforming sections.
The adventure isn’t limited to running and jumping. Croc can drive cars and speedboats, ride minecarts, use a hang glider, and even fly an airplane. These activities are spread across more than 40 levels of open-ended 3D platforming.

New Guardians and Challenges
Croc will encounter a variety of new Guardians during his journey. Among them are Soveena the Squid, Cannon Boat Keith, and Flavio the Thermal Fish, each bringing a different challenge to the adventure.
The game combines these encounters with puzzles, missions, exploration, and platforming to create a varied adventure rather than focusing on a single type of gameplay.
A Remaster with Extra History
Beyond the main adventure, the remaster includes Croc2pedia, a digital museum dedicated to the game’s development.
It contains previously lost production material such as game design documents, marketing assets, promotional merchandise, animation test videos, and 3D model galleries featuring characters, levels, and items that did not make it into the original release. Interviews with members of the original Argonaut team and the remaster’s developers and producers are also included.
